Little Warriors
Little Warriors is a class designed for children ages 7-12. Little Warrior learn to be bully-proof and gain confidence with the art of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. They meet on Mondays and Thursdays from 5:15-6 .
Adult and Teen Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Adult classes start for 13 and up. We teach a blend of sport and self defense aspects of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. If you want to learn the fastest growing martial art, this is the place. We offer both NOGI and GI classes. Gi classed are taught in the traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Kimono. NOGI is without the Kimono. Gi classes are Monday and Thursday at 6pm. NOGI classes are Tuesdays at 6:15 pm.
